Products: OEM of CSFMView and PlanTracer

Fenistra has a range of products that covers the FM market with main focus on Rental, invoicing and area management and planning. All modules are tightly linked with the most common Norwegian accounting SW as well as Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes.

Fenistra also use DWG drawings displaying them using CSFMView directly in the application. CSFMView is totally integrated with Fenistra allowing for easy overview of all relevant data.

In this example the user has selected to display areas that are free, that will be available the next one to two years from now or that have even longer leases (different colored legends). This kind of graphical display of data visualizes areas of interest, areas that may have problems or any other type of correlated data the user might decide to focus on.

Visualization is the best eye – brain coordination tool available – and CSFMView is the building block that accomplishes this. Generating reports, service requests or maintenance schedules that includes highlights of the areas of interest will eliminate all possible errors from the task at hand. It even allows more qualified bidding on e.g. «the cleaning of common areas» from contractors so that the building owners can save some real time and money.

To qualify the drawings (DWG) for use with Fenistra PlanTracer is used. There are two ways for the customers to go about this task. They either buy the conversion service from an outside source (that must invest in PlanTracer) or they invest in PlanTracer by themselves and do the conversion in house. This method also allows customers to save money on simple design changed on drawings (later used for real structural changes) for immediate calculation and visualization of the future prospect for the potential tenant.
